Moral boost, yes. JUST a morale boost? No.

Morale state is very important. A good boost brings out most of your players' potentials, if not all. Vice versa.

So I won the Coppa Italia and the league with my 1st tactic I made. The same tactic that in my 1st season in PL, I was getting battered.....anyway 😆 🤣 😂 

When took over I had 10 matches remaining. Lazio were already in semis of Coppa Italia

Hi, i have a question. Where can I find my saves? In older FMM I found it in Documents, now there's nothing in it.

I wanted to backup my saves so i don't lose accidentaly in the future

Different leagues have different styles and ability levels so may suit a tactical approach more or less because of that (also referee advice changes tactical effectiveness season to season) .. irl certain (now ex) Man Utd managers discovered this.

Mostly a morale boost very occasionally it might change something else - as with everything in the game if it does it’ll tell you.

consider player personalities when talking to them, driven players or volatile ones for instance are more likely to react badly to praise if you give it when they’re not doing well.

Of course, praising a player for their good performance in a match will boost their morale and benefit you in return. But if the player's performance is poor, criticize them to help them improve. Ultimately, you need to do both in moderation.

Something like that.

The descriptions on the players profile in game are for a range of values, but I'm not sure what the ranges are.

For example, "slightly unprofessional" can show for a player that has 8 for professionalism, but it can also show for a player with 9. I think the 10 or 11 is the cutoff point where they stop being "negative" (unprofessional, lazy etc.).

So, yeah, you sometimes may see the description change after only 1 boost, while in some other cases you may need 2-3 boosts.

You need to export them from the game itself and it will ask you to choose a path.

Is there any plan to fix the set piece bug? It's been there since the 24, or longer.

This is a fundamental part of the design - so its not easy to change without redoing that entire area (so its unlikely in an update, however I'm hopeful it'll be fixed in next years game).

 @Marc Vaughan or anyone have any ideas of why my club keeps rejecting request to upgrade the senior facilities but they accept to improve the youth facilities. Look at our finances. Even the "owe you one" didn't work. 

Not that it matters, but we play in Europe, and we just won the league for the third straight season,  my board confidence is good. Some clubs doing much worse that me in Ireland have better facilities. One club even has 4.5 stars.

How much money do you have in the Transfer Budget. If you don't have enough they will reject the request.

The last step or two (ie getting to 5 stars) cost £10M I think, so you need that in there. Not sure what the 3 to 3.5 star jump costs, but maybe you didn't have enough in there. Your screenshot shows 2.2M, but some would have been deducted when the youth facilities were approved.

Thanks for the info. The 2.2 million in our transfer budget is after the youth facilities upgrade was approved. If I adjust our transfer budget with the sliders by moving it to the extreme, we would still be under our wage budget but have 3.2 million in the bank.

I hope it is indeed a money issue, so I know what I need to do. Keep flipping these players like real estate.

Does anyone know how to make it so you are informed on managerial changes at higher level clubs where you’d be likely to get that job?  Or has this been removed from FMM 26 and you have to keep checking week in week out?

Ah I see.

Please pay more attention to it, since however it is, we can't deny that it can dictate a big part of the game. For example, some of us might set 4 players in the back so they don't get caught by the counter attack. But since the engine randomize it, less players protected the backline than what we really set, and one simple long ball made us conceded a goal.

That's just not fair, because players supposed to be in control of it, not the engine.

Guys, just asking as I don't follow Italian League for some years: what would be a good result on Serie A for teams like Cagliari or Sassuolo? One that we would say "yeah, this tactic performed a miracle there".

What do you mean? Against or be them? I manged 2 seasons in Serie A, won the league with Lazio. Inter under preformed, Atalanta was up there, Juventus was etc

With them. Managing them, what is expected to do with them to be classified as a good result?

Mid table I'm guessing, both were Serie B, sassuolo were lucky not to be relegated from Serie B, had a playoff which they just won. Sampdoria would be a good one

In Serie A on FM24, I was thrilled with Atalanta. We won Serie A in our first year, lost the Champions League final in our second year, and won the league again. In our third year, we won the Champions League and were runners-up in the league, as well as winning the Coppa Italia and Supercopa every year. I'm tempted to start a save with Atalanta on FM26 right now, just to see what I can do, as FM26 is more difficult. I'm always tempted to build my own Juventus, but I don't want it to be too easy.

Wasn't easy Pino, was extremely tight at the top, think I won the league last game of the season. Beat Atalanta in the final of coppa Italia my Tactic was awesome for that league juv, struggling a little. Inter no where near

Yes, I understand you. In Italy this year, I've only played for Campobasso, my hometown team. I gave up on the save only because Campobasso sold three wingers in January and signed two center-forwards, and I can't find any more wingers for my formation. I don't want to be involved in the transfer market in my first year, so I got pissed off, being a fan first and a virtual manager second, and I gave up my career. The match against Fiorentina could be a good test to try out some changes I want to make to my tactics. I've come to the conclusion that perhaps I understand why tactics are having a hard time this year. There are the player role settings in the tactics, and then the general attack and defense settings. In my opinion, overloading the attack and defense settings too much if you already have a mentality could create conflicts with the tactics. I'd like to try playing with a preferred mentality and roles on the pitch, but keeping the other settings neutral. For example, if I play overload, it's not necessary to activate overlap, long shots, dribbling, and the other settings. Overload is already a default setting, and activating the others becomes overload x2 and all the balances are thrown off.
