I was able to win the Champions League 4 times with the Black Hawk tactics, including 2 times the Treble. I tried many other tactics before that and none of them were even remotely as good as Black Hawk. I don't use editor or anything else and I don't have any specific instructions for corners and free kicks @Black Hawkbig props to you! I‘m using the Most recent tactic

Quote and read the Quote that you Quote.

He's using the most recent Black Hawk version like what he said in the last line of his post.

The most recent Black Hawk version, The latest one, The most updated version there is for Black Hawk tactic by Black Hawk.

Hope this helps. Cheers 👍 (if you're reading the last line of course)

Mr. Black Hawk, i started this career with one of the latest updates to your tactics in FM 26. Since then, i haven't changed it because i've found it very successful.

I am currently in the middle of my 4th season.. As you can see, i have won 2 AFC Champions Leagues, and 3 K-Leagues. I did not participate in the first edition of the AFC Champions League in my career, because i took over a mid-table club in South Korea. I won the second edition, and i just won the third edition. As a reminder, i took a club that had originally only participated in the AFC Champions League once in real life, in 2002-2003. And this club has never actually won a K-League title in real life.

To give you an idea, i opened a new career just to show you the number of stars my club has at the start of my career, compared to the stars of other K-League clubs. After all, in this championship there are Jeonbuk, Ulsan HD, FC Seoul, Pohang.. You will also notice the difference in the stars of my club, the stars of my training center and my academy between the first and second videos. 👇

Here are my finances before and after. 👇

1770212102998_023515.thumb.jpg.8e235bcf6691d0aa2278d6bfb08f427b.jpg

And that's just the tip of the iceberg... Did you see my players in my first video? Know that i can sell Kharebashvili (signed for €5.5m) for around €80 million, Minsu Kim (signed for €5m) for around €60 million, and Baek Gae-On (signed for €250k) for around €50 million. Just imagine the profit margin—a very significant sum for a K-League club. I'm going to sell them soon, because my regens are starting to be ready to be starters. But i don't plan on selling my regens.

I made my club so financially powerful that i managed to take Heung-Min Son on a free transfer. And in two months, I'm going to bring back Hwang In-Beom from Feyenoord, also on a free transfer; he's a player who comes from my club in real life. I have already reached an agreement with him.

1770210126410_020215.thumb.jpg.ba06f27891c3ac83562eb7655256b1a3.jpg

Conclusion... In 4 seasons (the 4th not yet finished) i have won 3 K-League titles, and 2 out of 3 AFC Champions League titles (the first one i did not participate because i took an average club). I only have trouble with the national cup; the first time i lost in the final, the second time i was eliminated in the quarter-finals, and the third time i was eliminated in the round of 16. But with all the successes i've had, i don't really care.

I chose Daejeon Hana Citizen because i thought the logo was quite nice, and because they have never been South Korean champions.

My main objective was first to compete with the korean giants, and then to compete with the saudi clubs on the Asian continent. My ultimate goal : to win the Club World Cup. I think that with regens (CR7, Messi, Heung-Min Son, Neymar (CM), Jordi Alba, Ashley Young, Neuer), it will be possible. My dream is to make my club a 5-star club (like the European giants) while being an Asian club, and to compete against them in every edition of the Club World Cup. And having affiliated clubs of the same color as my club (Blackburn, Estrela Amadora, etc..) all over the world, like Manchester City and the City Group.

Sorry if this was a bit long, i hope you read it all. But anyway... Your tactic is a war machine. Thanks to this tactic, i'm gradually starting to build a real empire !

Yeah, I've not been around for a while, I Will answer some posts as soon as I can, but yeah, this is basically the last version.

I may add that some teams may still struggle to create goal scoring chances with this final third instructions (I got it with Man Utd and Roma as they play against some Park the Bus teams), in those cases I tick on Looks for Overlaps as well.

This makes our team play way more by the wings and crossing more, but should help when struggling to progress on the field. I particularly don't like it, but might be an alternative if things are not going smooth with the version miggycobra17 just said.

Hi @Black Hawk been trying to follow your great work but now I'm confused what your latest full version is. Any chance of re-uploading the full tactic images? Im getting fed up of AIs aggressive press. I get 1-0 up in a game then straight away they get in between my fb and cd and often score. The AI press is to powerful. Even though I use press all over my press is never as strong as the opposition and the turn over from attack to defence is unplayable. Keep up your great work. Your analasys on football manager is off the charts!

Can anyone tell me which one is the most successful version of the Blackhawk’s tactic? In which date it was posted? I know a lot of people have already asked that, but it’s very confusing.

Hello everyone,

As a daily player of FM26, I frequently browse this site to see your tactics; I enjoy testing each one of them.

Of course, I have the Blackhawk as my favorite, which has helped me win many titles and brought me a lot of joy.

Currently, I am using it in a game with Manchester United. I managed to sell Shaw, Mazraoui, and Martinez, and I bought Paz, Militao, and Alexander Arnold.

I am completely lost! I concede incredible goals, lose against bottom-table teams while easily winning against Arsenal or others; I don't understand anything.

There is no stability in results. I had to place Sesko as a target forward because otherwise, I have few goals/matches with more than 1/0.

The target man connects me with the wingers, anyway.

My simple question is, is it because Manchester is difficult to manage this year? Does the Blackhawk tactic work less well since the updates?

Have you made adjustments to this tactic in your saves? The pressing forward appeals to me less but is equally important.

I hope you can read my message; in the meantime, thank you for your responses.

Have a nice day.

There you go

Wow, 23 pages 😄 very popular tactic this one, looks impressive as well 👏 👌

At least half of these pages seems to be people asking for the latest tactic. Apparently scrolling back is too much effort…

@Black Hawk Long Time admirer of your work and have been testing some of your suggestions across a few of my saves this year. I share your frustrations with the randomness and inconsistency, it makes analysis difficult and the success of the (educated) changes seemingly random too!

On my latest save (With Rangers in the English Championship), using your latest version (Sweepers, 3x BBM’s, Work into Box & Run at Defence) it is definitely successful!

1st Season - Won the Championship comfortably and got to the Europa League Final (Lost on Pens).

2nd Season - I’m hovering around 6th-8th at the midway point, having just beaten the might Man City 2-0 away!

So 1st things 1st - Well done!! 👍

2nd thing - Some Questions:

1. I have read and re-read your comments about the “Look for Overlap” instruction and I think I must be mis-interpreting. I read your comments as: This should encourage more crosses (from the WB’s) and hence more headed goals from the ST. However should only be used if struggling and/or the opponent is playing a Low-Block type formation. Have I got that right? Because having tried it quite a bit, my results are completely different! In fact, I would say it causes my WB’s to cross less! And certainly doesn’t seem to lead to more goals from the ST anyway… Any guidance?

2. Do you have a list of specific players that, throughout your various tests, performed exceptionally per position? With this I could use their profiles as a template to find similar players. I’m really struggling with the ST, BBMs and WB specifically in this version of your tactic).

The PF/ST- the list is pretty small. Unable to afford Haaland, I’ve tried Beto and a few others but they don’t really score much or play well. I had most success with Pedro (From FLA in Brazil), but he doesn’t really match the template you’ve made…

The CM BBMs - I’ve always found true & good BBM’s quite rare - especially affordable ones! I’ve tried using some AM type players: Toni Fernandez, Arribas, Luis Guilherme, Pafundi - with very mixed results, the thing they all have in common is poor Ariel and average/poor Positioning & Tackling. But they all have the Movement, Creativity, Dribbling, Shooting that you say they should have.

The DM BBM - Again I’ve tried more defensive type CMs with high tackling and positioning etc but they don’t perform well either. They always seem to lose the Ariel battles. So, my latest experiment - which was to re-train Guzman (Ball Playing CB) as a DM BBM. He performs OK, but not good! But weirdly when I play him, he doesn’t seem to head the ball at all!! 😂

The WBs - From earlier versions I was always concious and made sure I actually bought “Wing-Backs” and not Full-Backs with good crossing, but same again here, they don’t actually seem to do much crossing (or assisting).

Any guidance here would be much appreciated! ❤️

3. Match Preperation - In an earlier post you suggested using “Rest” for easy opposition, “Ball Possession”’for mid-level and Transition-Press (I think) for High-level. Do you still recommend this?

Again - Great work and thanks in advance!

Hello! I have this tips for your problems

1. For the instruction 'Look For Overlap' i used primarily is for low block teams, like Black Hawk said. I tried this instruction as my primary tactic, but didn't work out like only with Work The Ball and Run Into Defence, so yeah use it only for Low Block teams

2. For ST i use the predefined attributes of a Complete Forward (toggling only Creativity and Pace)

For DM BBM it worked out for me the predefined attributes of a BBM like with the CM BBM i tried also with DM with the same attributes

With the WB you need primarily Pace Stamina and Movement, Crossing, Dribbling and Positioning are also important but not as much as the first three

3. For Match Preparation i use Transtion Press for small teams (if the Ass. Manager recommend it) and Transition Restrict for bigger sides like Liverpool, R.Madrid, Bayern ecc.

Hope this tips helps!
