Help Tactics glitch

Whenever i make a tactic,and save it, then exit the tactics page,the tactics changes to default,not formation,just player roles and tactics,also when i do auto selection,or sub players mid game,the same problem occurs. 

Is there a way to fix this?thanks in advance.
