Help blank screen of death

Everytime on a second boot up I get this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, cleared my cache, and restarted my phone also. I cannot get past this screen after an hour of waiting

 

Already posted in the SI forums just want this to be fixed if anyone else is experiencing the same problem
