What was the reason for this ban.

I'm expecting mine, by next season. I've spent 174m more money and can't raise such funds to start green.

Spent a billion using in game editor. Was not fined only points deducted. I think they mirrored Newcastle's real world financial penalties should they be found guilty

Has anyone figured out exactly how this is calculated? Is it just raw sale revenue vs. purchase expenses? In my first career with Everton I've gone from finishing 9th in year one to 4th in year two. With increased Champions League revenue, I shouldn't at risk of exceeding PSR. Does the game account for this at all? If not, seems like a critical flaw.
