Chat Game crashes and doesn't open

Is anyone else having this issue when you go to the loading screen the game just forces you out and closes the application. It was working fine until now and I have not added face packs or logos

And I've tried a couple of times to open it and it's still unsuccessful

The play Store through Netflix

Can you try powering off your device fully and restarting it - on android this sort of thing is often down to something being 'stuck' in memory with games (a lot of games use the NDK which is loaded a a library once the game starts, if for some reason the game is 'kicked' out of memory by the OS then sometimes this doesn't allow enough time to unload the library causing confusion to the app next time it starts.

(we're investigating this presently - it'd help us know if this might be the case if people could indicate their device, its capabilities and how modern/fast it is ..)

I've done almost all of the those things I think we need a patch
