Tactics 3-4-3: Wings (FM 26 Edition)

Back in the olden days of FM Mobile 24 I created a stupid tactic. I called it 3-4-3: Wings, because I used a lot of wingers. You can find it HERE. It worked.

So, I decided to deploy it again in FM Mobile 26 to see if it would work. And it did. Sort of. I switched Inverted Wingers for Wingers. This was accidental. I didn't notice untill about halfway through the season.

So, the screenshots then. And I'll start with the greatest game of football ever. I was playing as Manchester City.

I finished 2nd. So close to top spot. Just one game in it! Lots of goals scored and lots of goals conceded so I consider this a victory.

Good to hear it works on lower tier teams. I thought it would only work well with big clubs.

He's missing a comma after level, he's saying for you to test on a week team, as anything works with decent teams.

Yip. It was expected. City scored a lot though and had the best goal difference in the league.

Here you go:

I could have finished higher but suffered a series of injuries that left my squad depleted of suitable players to fulfil roles (not that the players I had were of any quality), as a result I went on a terrible run of form towards the back end of the season. I was not able to recruit a physio and only had one coach who I was not able to replace.

So there you have it. It apparently works somewhat with a lower tier team.
