Not shared a tactic for a long time but I feel like this system is holding its own.

I started my career unemployed and took over Alfreton Town. I managed to scrape the play offs and lost in semis then got a job offer from Maidenhead in the national League.

It took around 15  games of tweaking what I had created the season before and all clicked into place when I moved my striker from an AF into a shadow striker. Since then Iv been on an excellent run.
 

This good run (above) got me a job offer from FGR in L2 and so far a decent start. 

 

iv got this tactic to a place where I’m out possessing and out shooting the opponents every game and that’s all I aim for on any tactic (also picking up clean sheets along the way). It prob needs more testing with different teams but for it to click into place with a national league team (relegation fodder at that) it seems to be holding its own against the better teams. Give it a try..tell me what you think and how it could be improved even further.
