Nah mister was bamboozled with the question of which Milan (it was Milan ofc not inter). He's a monk from Bhutan, coming through Buddhist teaching he gained agility and Himalayas gave him aerial prowess.

It's also interesting that most players opted for a secondary position as a creative playmaker (the 'brain' of the team) rather than going for LW, RW, or SS. I noticed that, beforehand, those who signed up actually preferred basic midfield positions over attacking ones, but they had no choice due to the competition rules.Back in the day, when playing football in real life, most people wanted to play in attack just to get into the spotlight more easily. Even those who grumbled about being in the backline would often push forward into attack, ignoring the fact that the goalkeeper was left to fend for himself if the ball was lost. Now, in the game, many want to be much more creative, contributing with both assists and goals, in the style of Palmer or KDB.

My guess is he probably doesn't know he has to be a striker. That should work explain the choice of attributes.

What I will control:

• At the start of each season (end of summer transfers) I give the players a morale + health boost, so they start seasons "fresh".
• "Forced" transfers during the summer and January if asked for (as is explained in the main post)

 

What I will NOT control:

• Injuries etc during the season
• Automatic transfers done by the club (like loans during the season etc)

 

About personalities etc:

• TBH all players are chosen at random without checking the personalities. Some might start of a bit more lucky then others in that area
