2011 Psp Technical Fault Of Football manager 2011 ?

Ok so on my getafe account everytime i press My name to get onto the save bit it freezes and turns the psp off then when i turn back on its loading the home screen so i can't save why is this ?

Ok thanks i got another problem umm any changes to football i made ie custom changes and downloaded updates from here are not being applied to the game why is that ?
