I've played Blue, red, yellow, gold, silver, crystal and white (in that order)

Currently playing white and it's awesome sauce :)

only downer is that you can only earn 8 badges :(

but still nice :)

I had it, not bad to have for a while pretty quick but there are better fire Pokemon you can get.

Also Sam whats your Pokemon and levels?

Ahh okay, sure post anyway I'd still like to know what Pokemon you like to use ;)

Ollie, you level them up just through battling or use rare candies?

Whenever I find a rare candy I use it :P But other than that they just level up through battles against trainers cba with the wild ones unless I see a pokemon I want such as Absol :D

My party at the moment:

Quilava lv 23

Pidgeotto lv 22

Fearow lv 22

Raticate lv 21

Noctowl lv 22

Butterfree lv 26

Four out of six bird pokemon :lol: , just recently got gym badge 3.

I'd probably have 2 out of them 6, which are Quilava and probably Noctowl.

I like to have a spread of different types of Pokemon to cover as many weaknesses as possible.

If I can I go for a dragon just cause its a freaking Dragon.

Then I usually have fire, psychic, electric, water and a flying one.

Actually forget that, no need in keeping Butterfree, I was thinking of keeping it for the psychic moves and being able to put others to sleep. Then remembered you have Noctowl and Poliwag which can do both of those each. So I'd get rid of Butterfree, Fearow and Pidgeotto along with your Raticate as soon as and replace them with, in my opinion, an electric, ghost/psychic, water (which you have) and a dragon.

Since you've gone Heart Gold you can't have the beast that is Lugia till later on, bad move right there.

I'm totally into psychic pokemanz!

Kadabra is my absolute favourite as there are only few pokemon who are not slaughtered by its attacks :)
