In everyones opinion, what is the best tactic you have used on here? That can be used with pretty much any club?

I'm just looking for a simple guide on how to install tactics into the game once downloaded. I'm on an android phone. I'm sure there's a step by step on here somewhere but i can't seem to find it. Please help.
