I love how this has turned in to making Newcastle and Swansea better, I’m having a big influence here, support Newcastle and I live near Swansea 😂

Anyone who needs to sell their players, please go to Newcastle unless they play as AMC or striker

Awesome mate, that’s a great season, 17 conceded in the league is beautiful. Osawe one of my favourites from years gone by. So it’s nice to see him doing well.

RichD reacted to Albionic in The Empty Training Ground Challenge
This is a little in game challenge I thought of.
During the season, there are international breaks. Normally these are skipped right over when playing, but not now!
The aim is to get as many players on International duty at one time, so much so that the training ground should look like this
Rules
No in game editor No managing international teams and calling up your whole team It is players at any one time Has to be full international side Need a screenshot on the team page of the players No cheating That's essentially it, just gives you something to look for during the international breaks
Your score is the number of players on ITN duty
If any ties the greatest number of players for one national team is the tiebreaker
Highest scores will be recorded on the leaderboard (highest score each only)
Thank you and good luck!

Season 2, the right thing to do
When I promise something, I keep my word... look at this beauty!
I think I went over board in the league just to compensate for the bad result from last season. All other competitions lost in the final, perfect!
Transfers, again, just few adjustments, not much.
The duo
Harry Kane
Heung-Min Son
Kane missed 2 weeks because of an injury and in both seasons I was a little sloppy with the minutes so I had to rest them few times. This season I was sloppy with the tactic also as I forgot to revert the tactic after a lose-on-purpose game and went on like that for around 10 games 🤣
Final Score
S1 131
S2 135
TOTAL 266
L. E. One thing to add, I forgot the settings from VPL week 2 and on this one I was a Motivational coach 😂😂😂

Some nice business done. It’ll be interesting to see what happens with Kessié as he always shows up in my searches yet I never end up going for him for some reason. I’m using him myself now with Milan as I kind of had to and he’s doing alright.

Week 3 Challenge - Blunt Blades
Week 3 is about to commence and with the table beginning to take shape let’s take a look at the fixtures that will entertain us over the next few days.
Last week was a very difficult challenge and as much as you all loved it I’m sure you’ll be delighted to hear I’ve been a lot kinder this week and genuinely think this shorter one is a challenge that you will all enjoy playing.
After impressing in their first season back in the top flight since 2007 finishing 9th in the table it has been a different story for Sheffield United this season, not only dropping off but imploding to last place with only 1 win in 19 games, and even that was against Newcastle. They are already certainties for relegation and have their sights set on next season in the Championship but that isn’t the case on FMM as you will get to start the 2020/21 season from scratch as I’m sure Chris Wilder goes to bed dreaming about every night.
In the Sheffield United squad you will find this man.
Billy Louis Sharp is a club legend at the South Yorkshire club, scoring over 100 league goals for them in 250 appearances over 3 spells at the club. Sadly for Billy though his game time is fairly limited these days after the big money signing of Rhian Brewster from Liverpool in the summer, and it’s understandable that he can’t get a game given Brewster’s prolific record of 0 goals in 15 league appearances, 2 less than what Sharp has managed in less than half of the game time.
The Challenge
This is a half season challenge and will end when you have played every other team in the Premier League once. In its simplest possible terms you will be trying to get Billy Sharp to score a goal against as many of these opponents as possible.
All of the 19 teams you will come up against have been allocated a number of points and if Sharp scores against a team (in a league match) you will score that amount of points. These points are based on the average league position of all the teams in the Premier League over this season and last season.
5 PTS - Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool
4 PTS - Leicester, Tottenham, Chelsea
3 PTS - Everton, Arsenal, Southampton, Wolves, West Ham
2 PTS - Aston Villa, Burnley, Leeds, Crystal Palace, Newcastle
1 PT - Brighton, Fulham, West Brom
It isn’t points per goal so as soon as Sharp scores against a team you will earn the points that team has to offer. Also, if you get a clean sheet in that match as well you will double your points from that game so this challenge tests both your pedigree going forward and keeping it tight at the back.
For example if you beat Leicester 2-0 with Sharp getting on the scoresheet that’ll be 8 points from that game. If he scores and you win 4-1 that’ll earn you 4 points.
You will not be allowed to make any transfers in for this challenge but you may sell who you want.
Cup matches do not count towards these points but there are bonus points available for cup matches which I will go into now.
Points
As stated above plus to keep interest in the cup matches you will earn a point for every game you win in the cup and a point for every goal Sharp scores in them.
If you get sacked this week then to be honest you are shit at the game and will receive a well deserved 0.
Clarifications
You will be managing Sheffield United and using Billy Sharp as the striker for the challenge. No transfers in are allowed at all. This includes loans. Sharp only needs to score once against the team to earn the amount of points allocated to them. It is not points per goal and there are no bonus points for braces or hat-tricks. If you get a clean sheet in a game Sharp scores in points from that game will be doubled. You will get a point per cup match won and per Sharp goal in the cups. The challenge lasts until you have played every team in the Premier League once. Original database only and you can load whichever leagues you want. Coaching badges and any reputation is allowed. No cheating, reloading, holidaying or use of unlockables whatsoever. You may only attempt this challenge once and as soon as you have started the save you can’t restart. If asked you must provide the save file and failure to do so could result in expulsion from the tournament. Tiebreaker will be most wins in all competitions again like last week. Screenshots Required
Please send the following screenshots to me in the thread you have used so far this tournament. I might ask for extras if needed.

Loving the setup. That’s a great start too. This could either be brilliant or a wonderful failure.

Interesting using IF, are you not concerned they will steal too many goals from your main three?

First Transfer Window
So I won’t be doing this every year, they will be a yearly update. But thought I would show you how I will line up at the start of this challenge.
Transfers
So I went for more of a youthful selection of players for this challenge in the hope they grow in to world class players. I like a lot of Chelsea’s squad anyway. I have loaned 3 players out who I hope I can get the best out of in season 2. Also worth noting, a few players in reserves are out on loan and stats shoot up in my experience with Chelsea before. It’s crazy how good players go with a simple loan out.
Tactics And Team
The inside forwards are pretty vital in this formation, I always go for players with decent crossing as you’ll be surprised how many crosses they actually get in this formation even with cutting in to do so.
For some reason, Barkleys stats are amazing on this save, maybe it’s since the update? So he goes straight in to my team. He goes lovely next to Kovacic and I think everyone’s favourite in Goretzka.
Zyiech is awesome as well and I’m very happy with him, Bakayoko (very good stats) and Kessie as my second teams midfield. With Loftus Cheek, Havertz (trying to loan him out) and Campuzano as back ups.
The way I play the centre backs have to have good pace which is why I bought Tanganga, he goes good fast in my previous experience. Rudiger, Zouma and Tomori did well last time I was Chelsea so no need to change that.
I forgot to sign a keeper so Kepa and Mandy will do for this season.
First Game
So things couldn’t have started better tbh. Let’s hope it continues.
I will be reverting to a seasonally update after this, I just wanted to give you an idea of how I’d be approaching this.
Honestly all your comments are so appreciated, thank you.

So I was given a challenge by the man about town @Rob for a triple threat career but not the usual and it goes like this:
3 strikers aged 24 or above; Any club; The first five seasons will contribute towards the Peak Years Challenge (which also includes assists) So of course I was going to say yes and it got me quite excited to be honest. This will coincide with my China career and I will play one season of each in a lovey routine.
The Club
So I wanted to do a challenge in England as it’s generally harder here than other countries in my experience. There was also a player here that’s 24 and will be used.....
Timo Werner
Maxi Gomez
Mousse Dembele
So the players are there, Dembele wasn’t my first choice for this, I was hoping to bring Gnabry or Marital in, but they wanted an insane amount of money for them. I’m hoping the three will be good enough.
The Target
So ideally this will have been completed in 9 years, which is a 167 goals each year, which is a hell of a lot, but I will try my bloody best to get there! This may be a bit much and I’m unsure if I will reach the target, but I will have fun trying 😁
Thank you for reading chaps, this is going to be a tough one!
