Hello everybody.Today im going to introduce my formation.The 3-6-1.I like this formation but it was very hard to use it in FMH 2013.So i decided to try.And i made it.Here is the formation: ================GK================ =======DC=======DC=======DC====== ================DMC=============== ==========MC============MC======= ==AML==========AMC=========AMR== ================FC================ As you can see this tactic is midfield based and before using this tactic you must have: -All midfielder must have good creativity and passing -Striker must have good heading,shooting,finishing and passing -Defenders must be world class(Pigue,Terry etc...) -Defenders must have good tackling,and heading -Goalkeeper must be World Class (Cech,Casillas,Buffon,Neuer etc....) The Rich List: Within Football Manager there are a number of clubs which are considered rich, on IOS these clubs can be a pain to search for but on PSP it is extremely simple since the information is shown in the club selection screen when you start a new game. I can't wait to play FMH 2015 and I was thinking of what tactic am I going to use with Chelsea , wait for one what will really be working, or try to set it up as it is in reality? Would it look like this? Would it work? --------------CmF--------------- inf -----------bbm--------------- ---------------------apm-----wng --------bwm---------------------- fbk-------ctr-------ctr--------wbk Team instructions : Attacking or Balanced, Mixed, Commited and Pressing on. of course its - Azpi, Terry, Cahill, Ivanovic - Matic, Fabre - Hazard, Oscar, Willian - Costa Azpilicueta is obvious full back, he rarely goes into attack, and if he goes, he positions himself more defensively, thats why FBk. JT and Cahill are obvious, Ivanovic is really attacking force this season, scoring 2 goals and assisting few I guess.....Do you think his attributes will change to more attacking? His crosses and dribbling are better than last seasons, and he also looks very pacey. Matic is very obvious BWM, although he has also been very creative in midfield, but I think BWM role covers this as well. Fabregas is playmaker, no doubts about it. Hazard should be an inside forward, he has been terrific this season imo I hope he won't leave for Real Madrid in few years... Willian is more of a winger, but he contributes defensively as well, thats why i pushed him into MR instead of AMR (don't know if that helps tbh ) I wondered about Oscar being a APM, or CM...but when I saw his game against Arsenal analysed, he showed his allround ability, helping defense as well, covering almost all parts of the field..therefore I suppose he is more of a BBM...here is the video (Oscar analysis is from 5:05) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5e3LbbwioE Diego Costa is I think more than a poacher, he drops to the left wing very often, and mixes strength of a target man with technical presence of Tqa, and goalscoring of a poacher, thats why I put him as CmF. My 4-1-1-3-1 is a 4 Defender, 1 Defend Midfielder, 1 Midfielder, 3 Attack Midfielder and 1 striker. this is a format that can donimate the whole other half of the field I am Using Chelsea as an example And the Captain should be John Terry cuz he have 20 leadership, Team Mentality on Balanced because this is an defend and attack format. Tackling on Normal because i don't want to get cards in ever game, Pass style on Direct because is the best(It can be mixed too). Pressing and Offside trap is need cuz pressing can give pressure to the other team player and offside trap can avoid goal against(sometime only) Defender left and right FBK because it can be support for Defender central and protect the side. Defender Central is on LID because they can close down the ball in defend zone and make counter attack for the team. Defend Midfielder on BBM because i make sure I am soild on defend and attack. Midfielder is on BWM(Deep lying for passing) because i want to close down every ball in midfield as much as possible, Attack Midfield is on APM because i want him to help out the striker more, Attack Midfielder Left and right is on WNG because they can aim to beat the other team man at the side as quick as possible and make space from the side and pass the ball to striker. Striker is on Poacher because they are for those striker that who can score My Game record Please give me suggesstion and give me feed back or some changes on the format
