Ok to try and explain traits in FMM - they come from a combination of things both the 'attributes' a player has but also his position, ability and what the game considers his 'key attributes'. Thus someone who has a key attribute of 'dribbling' is more likely to have traits which are associated with that etc. They can be important - how much so depends on the role you put him in and the importance of that trait to the role.
