Help FMM 2017 Editor - Help

Last year, I purchased the FMM 2016 in-game editor, and saw a few weeks ago that you could get the FMM 2017 editor for free if you did so (something to do with it carrying over into the new game).

However, it still says that I need to buy the 2017 editor, which confused me a bit.

Can anyone explain?
