Help Italy hex code

After Failing With the Changes.txt I have decided to enter the hex editor to change the league. there was an old discussion of Fmm15 with the hex editor to change the league (sorry for the pun) But it seems that the codes of the leagues for example of Italy have changed which seems to have a different code (with the same procedure. But when I look for the club I can't find that number (20) And so I can't. Has it changed or has it remained unchanged?
