Chat Removed old saves, but they still show up

Hi there,

 

I removed some old saves to clear up space. However, now my newest save does not show up (I can only access it by removing all saves, but that one and clicking resume game).

 

How do I keep my game, profile, and my remaining save while fixing this bug/feature?

 

I also noticed that whenever I receive youth prospects, it uses the name of the team I managed before I removed the old saves.
