Career Serie C/C to CL Glory No Signings

Looking to take Pescara from Serie C to Champions League glory. No signings allowed. I know others are doing these challenges as well. I want to see how possible this is and also see how many teams I could do this with. I have added the starting options, manager level etc and the club stats. I'll post my tactic after assessment of the players. Wish me luck.

As you can see, pescara are well above average with the stadium size and training facilities look good. So promising outlook for future player development.

Pre Season has been ok, no losses. Will update after 10 league games.

No signings, but are you allowed to sell disruptive players, maybe replaced by academy players?

Yes sales are allowed. All in club promotions.

11 games in 1 loss, defence is doing well but strikers are struggling. Tactic may need tweaks.

After 20 games sitting well in the league and tweaks made to the tactics. Playing counter attacking and fast movement of the ball. Defence still holding me up with the forwards struggling to find the best form.

30 games in and promotion is looking great, I am concerned lack of goals will be a big issue next season. A few stand out players.
