Help Physio report

When I go to Anthony Martial's coach report in my man utd save it tells me that "Your physio believes Martial has a recurring injury."  This has never happened to me before and at the start of the game it never had a physio report like that for martial. How do I change this?

You can't, on that save he happens to be injury prone. Only option is to start another save and see if you're luckier or he might be injury prone across all saves.
