 Help needed

Hi, I am looking for the best possession and attacking formation for Football Manager Mobile 2016 along with team instructions.

I have looked for days to find one and nothing. I watched YouTube but no team instructions with the formations.

Hi, there's no such thing as a best formation. Anyone claiming otherwise hasn't played the game long enough to know this. Formations work best when they fit your team. You cannot just buy a new squad so what you need to do is have a tactic that is based around your key players. No point having a 3 striker formation when you only have 3 in your squad as you'd have no back ups. Same with no point having wingers when they are bad or have an advanced playmaker but no creativity.
