Can anyone explain why Cardiff main teams nation is Wales as it should be, but the Reserve team's nation is England and so is the 'Youth Intake' Players like why?

Probably has to do with the league and nation they are in being different which is kinda rare . Try Swansea City and think it's Cambridge United they are two other Wales based teams playing in England.. I'm not 100% sure it's just because it's different countries but it's what I would guess that academy is auto tied to the nation of the league you are playing in not the base nation of parent club

Since the England teams dont have u21 teams in the game,the reserve team is a temporary team created for your own use,it doesn't exist in the database seperately,so since you are managing in england,the reserve team is also generated in England.
