Chat Staff - compensation bug?

Is it just me, or is it an error that compensation for staff seems fixed at a set price, whether hiring from Arsenal or Forest Green Rovers? Surely there should be some difference?

The compensation and such paid is a set value depending on the job and badge a member of staff has.

This is intentionally somewhat simplified because I wanted them to be easy to understand and use for people (and tbh irl they aren't paid huge amounts generally for joining a club).
