Tactics I can't win the 4-2-2-2 defensive tactic

who know how to win it 

what am i gotta use tactic to win this tactic ?

Far too defensive, you need to strike a balance between defence/attack, usually five attack-minded and five defence-minded, you have only four attack-minded roles. Try moving your midfield up a bit, or if you want to play a CDM then play a 4-1-2-2-1

I think he meant that he cannot defeat teams that use this tactic.

With 4-4-2 Defensive formation, your opponent is trying to 'park the bus' at central defense area and attack you through the flanks. Therefore, you should strengthen your flanks by using WM-FB partnership, put a CM against their DLP to kill off any passes towards their flanks and put an AP with great passing skill in the center of the pitch to play direct passes towards your attacker (You have to play direct coz the central defense area is overloaded. play long only if you have players with good aerial skill). 

Team Mentality: Attacking

Passing Style: Direct

Passing Focus: Centre

 I'm sure your opponent will change their formation to classic 4-4-2 shortly after. If that happens, you should drop to 4-4-1-1 and tweak other settings as well.
