Can you check the Settings -> View -> User Interface to see if Stretch Display is an available setting and that it is on?

Yes I have done this. When I first bought the game stretch display was automatically on but everything was in a tablet resolution and proportion.  So by unchecking the stretch display option would make display smaller but still in tablet proportion. However since the updates it is a mobile screen resolution.

Thank you. I appreciate that. The game was honestly so good before this display issue occurred.
