  1. Hey Vibe, I've started and stopped many 1k challenges over almost a decade of FMM, but never really finished one, usually burning out, or failing to reach the mark. So instead I thought I would post here and hopefully give me some motivation to finish it off. My player: Nelson Weiper! An unconventional pick, I believe, this young striker from Mainz. I was drawn to him after seeing his development in a previous attempt with my current favourite player Assan Ouedraogo (i'll be grabbing this guy too as he always seems to become a beast). With Ouedraogo's attempt i was getting frustrated with his lack of Aerial and shoddy penalty rate, and found this guy while managing the German national team, I just hope he turns out as good in this save! This is what we are starting out with: Not too bad, and Mainz wouldn't let him go for cheap (22m in the end after some haggling), so here's hoping he has potential! The club: Inspired by the insane Lamine Yamal career going on at the moment at City, i needed Yanited to have a starlet of their own. Season 1 Here's how our first season panned out: Club: Sadly we came second in the Prem to City, theyre just too strong losing games only to me, but basically perfect scores the rest of the way. We did however manage a cup treble, narrowly beating Real Madrid on penalties to win the Champions league: Transfers: We brought in lots of Germans, in anticipation of managing the national team: Musiala, Ouedraogo, Bischof (wonderkid who seems to have some good potential), Brajan Gudra (Weiper's favoured person, and has some potential too), Vagnoman (an fm20 wonderkid throwback), and Christian Benteke for that sweet Aerial mentoring. Lord Nelson: Weiper has developed nicely, not anything crazy just yet but he is showing some promising signs, like his potential being greater than Hojlund's, which i'm sure makes him capable enough. Stats: Only 32 goals for Weiper this campaign, which is not a great start, but the team has barely gotten going. My tactics rely on some more specific player attributes, which despite being at manchester united, is hard to acquire, largely through lack of resale on our big stars. Its enough of a start while he is struggling for gametime too. Things can only get better! Its a slow start to be sure, but i am sure it will improve as he and the team get more improved. I'll probably tweak tactics some more since the winter update, but hopefully with some extra motivation of posting on vibe, i'll get him over the line eventually! Sneaky Ouedraogo fanclub section: Thanks for reading!
  2. So far in its existence only 7 different teams have won the English Premiership: Arsenal Man City Man Utd Chelsea Blackburn Leicester Liverpool The challenge here is to win the Premiership with as many teams as possible over the span of your career. Can you beat 7 over 30 seasons? I'd say 10 is probably the max you could hope to achieve. Starting off I shall be taking the easy route and playing with Man City. Surely this will be an easy one and tick of a team in the 1st season.
  3. The one that got away, a short back story of this kid, being a Rangers fan I've always kept an eye on the youth squads where possible, Rory Wilson at youth level was an incredible talent for Rangers scoring a insane amount of goals, which got him a transfer to Villa on his 16th birthday I believe when he was eligible for a pro contract, I along with alot of other Rangers fans were gutted to see this kid go, I haven't followed his since but Google shows he's done well at the villa U18s. So I've brought him home, not your typical 1k prospect starting out fairly weak and I doubt he has a hugely high ceiling like others (Even Ferguson for example) Starting attributes all he really has going for him is shooting and a wee bit of pace. End of season 1 stats his shooting, heading and movement have all spiked but not alot of movement elsewhere sadly and he's almost reached his peak which is worrying!! 43 goals in his first season from where he started I'm pretty happy with how he got on
  4. St. Pauli, or Freibeuter der Liga, are a club in the 2. Bundesliga who are known for their working class roots, and their fans are deeply imbedded in ideas of social activism and left wing politics. According to their wikipedia, “ The organization has adopted an outspoken stance against racism, fascism, sexism, and homophobia and has embodied this position in its constitution.” In a sports business driven by oil money and billionaires, a club like FC St. Pauli transforming the football landscape seems impossible, but this is exactly what this save sets out to do. The Objectives- Win the Bundesliga Win the DFB Pokal Win the Champions League All must be accomplished within 10 years The Tactics- I’ve alternated between a 4123 Gegenpress and @Cujang ‘s “Perfection” Tactic, a 23122. While the 23122 has had far more success, Injuries at times have pushed me into a system with a lone striker up front and needing more protection at the back. The Transfers- Like many of my saves, there was a huge amount of players being pushed out the door during the first transfer window, and a plethora of Loan players were brought in. Most notably was Shaqueel Van Persie, who struggled during his time at the Kiezkicker. The most notable purchase was Emmanuel Matei, a Romanian Striker from Ajax on whom 90% of the budget was spent, but had shown fantastic speed and strength for the 2 Bundesliga. Matei went on to score 14 goals in roughly 30 starts. First season results- Despite a brutal midseason slump- with St. Pauli drawing or losing in 6 consecutive matches- the tide began to turn in February, and was highlighted by a victory against crosstown rivals Hamburg, whom we lost 5-2 against earlier in the season. With promotion comes an influx of cash that St. Pauli is unfamiliar with- immediately youth and training facilities were improved, and money was used to scoop up a number of notable players for their first season in return to the Bundesliga since 2010-11. The highlight of these acquisitions was undoubtedly Joel Matip. Other players expected to immediately make the starting XI include Baghdad Bounedjah, Diant Ramaj, Marin Soticek, Onurhan Babuscu, and Nikit Krivtsiov. With 6 big signings, and 13m left in the transfer budget- what other big moves would St. Pauli make to ensure they battled above relegation?
  5. Defence Almost all the challenges that exist so far are about the topic of attack, such as the 1k challenge, where the goal is that a player scores 1000 goals, but what if we turn around and try to lead a goalkeeper from the bottom to the very top, the goal is to lead a 16-year-old goalkeeper to a Champions League title The rules are simple: - the start club may not participate in the international competitions - No created players - no editor - the goalkeeper must be 16 years or younger - the reputation of the coach must be unknown At the end of the career, you can see how many goals he conceded, let's see who the best goalkeeper is Those who cheat will be excluded from the ranking, screenshots must be sent
  6. I’ve tried 1k challenges multiple times, but I tend to get bored after a couple of seasons. So this for this challenge, to speed things up, you are only allowed to manage one international side. The goal is to score as many international goals with one player of your choosing. The rules are that the player cannot have scored any senior international goals before you choose him. Nkunku for example would be okey. He has played a few caps but hasn’t scored any international goals. You can only manage the international side, no club teams. the challenge is finished when the player retires or you get fired. most goals win, if equal the least caps wins. Pick your player wisely. Edit: No scheduling your own friendlies. Only the “automatic” friendlies.
  7. Simple concept.....from the first game of the season your first team & subs must only consist of players 19 and under. (They can turn 20 during the season). Lets see what you can win. You can manage any club in any league. Player can be real or regen. No preferences/unlockables unless unlocked in the save. No uses of text changes, save editor or IGE at all. No cheating - Restarting to avoid injuries counts as cheating! A career can be posted but screenshots are needed as evidence. If requested you must upload your save so we can check no cheating has taken place via the save editor, failure to do this will result in you beingrejected from the leader board. Own formations only SI databases only No Myclub or created players
  8. This challenge lasts ten seasons and is all about goals, assists, and how you manage your squad. For this challenge you must: Head to any club you want; Sign your first player; Make any other transfers you want; Not use any unlockables You then play one season, attempting to smash in goals left, right, and centre, dominating the world with your managerial genius. Your score for the first season is goals and assists for player 1. For the second season you buy a new player. You play the second season, destroying everything in sight. Your score for the second season is goals and assists for player 1 plus goals and assists for player 2. Then for the third season you sign player 3. Yep, your score for season 3 is goals and assists for players 1, 2, and 3. You do this for 10 seasons, ending up with 10 players contributing towards goals and assists in season 10. Your total score is all the season scores added together. At no point can your starting or new player be already at the club. All contributing players must be signed. There are no restrictions on tactics, whether the players have to start every game (all ten could be strikers!), or how you manage the squad. Just don’t cheat; it’s boring. Best of luck!
  9. Figured I should make this an official challenge in case anyone else fancies taking it on. A twist on ‘it’s a long way to the top’ the aim is to take the lowest positioned league in Europe (rank 49 out of 54) and see how high you can drag the league up in the coefficient ranking. It’s probably not just about you doing well here, you’ll have to get creative and help other teams in the league do well in Europe. Do you sell star players to your domestic rivals? Do you buy their deadwood for silly money and hope they reinvest. You’ll also need to do well in the CL yourself of course. Rules: - You must start with unknown reputation, no coaching badge, no title and no unlockables unless you get them yourself during the save - You must start with Wales, N Ireland, Ireland, Scotland and England leagues loaded. - You must start with any team in the JD Cymru North or South leagues. I think that covers everything but if I’ve missed anything, basically no perks from the start and no cheating/reloading. Let’s see what’s possible.
  10. The 1000 Goal Challenge The simple ones are the best! Have a player score 1,000 goals and more in one epic career. The Rules You can manage any club in any league. Player can be real or regen. No preferences/unlockables unless unlocked in the save. No uses of text changes, save editor or IGE at all. No cheating - Restarting to avoid injuries counts as cheating!! International goals count, but only the ones scored in game and under your own management of that nation. So real life goals the player starts on don't count. You have to earn international management, so you can not start with it. A career can be posted but screenshots are needed as evidence. If requested you must upload your save so we can check no cheating has taken place via the save editor, failure to do this will result in you beingrejected from the leader board. Own formations only SI databases only No Myclub or created players Leaderboard @Gazzaeverton - Rangers - Evan Ferguson - 1182 Goals
  11. The Double Trouble Challenge Introduction Shearer-Sutton, Collymore-Fowler, Owen-Heskey, Yorke-Cole, Henry-Berkamp, Raul-Morientes, Del Piero-Trezuguet or going back even further, the likes of Rush-Dalglish or even further back Puskas-Di Stefano. And of course, more recently, Rooney-Van Persie. These are some of the great strike partnerships in the history of football. These Players feed off each other and strike terror in the hearts of opposition defenders. These Players who more than anything else, put the ball in the net again and again, time after time. The challenge is simple enough, but can you beat it? Objective The objective of this challenge is to have two strikers score a combined total of 1200 goals. As an additional challenge one may attempt to also rack up a combined 600 assists between the pair. Rules The two strikers must both be playing as strikers at all times (Both strikers A and B must be playing in a forward role ~ no advanced playmakers! ~ Trequartistas are fine) You must use a tactic with two strikers at all times. That means no formations with one up top! Both Real Players and Regens are allowed No Unlockables/Cheats can be used No use of the in game editor No reloading to avoid injuries International Goals count, but only those a player scores in game. Also both strikers must be of the same nationality for it to count. Screenshots are required as evidence Leaderboard @Gazzaeverton - Celtic - Tom Cannon & Evan Ferguson - 1246gls
  12. The Triple Threat Challenge This challenge was originally created by @J-savage The Challenge This challenge is simple yet challenging as the aim of the game is to get three strikers to score 1500 goals as a trio. Rules Own formations only. No use of the editors, myclub or anything like that so no created players or editing of existing ones. Original database only. No cheating which includes reloading. Photo evidence will be required so i suggest posting a career thread for us to follow. All three players must play in a striking position (FL-FC-FC-FC-FR) and you must play a three up front tactic at all times. Any league and any team is fair game. No unlockables unless earned in that save. International goals only count towards the total if the three players share a nationality and when you become manager of that country. Leaderboard
  13. 3 rules really... Create an overpowered team (through normal transfer means, no cheating) Don't care how many goals you concede Do care about how many goals you score 😁 My first attempt 178

  15. Welcome to Challenge 1 in the Ribbons of Glory series. To get us started, we're taking Bruno for a spin at Man Utd to see how many goals and assists he can get. This replicates Bruno's New Year Party from the original Badges of Honour series. It was @Ian who topped the leaderboard in that challenge with 169 points - I wonder who'll top this sequel! Is it harder or easier to do this in FMM23 than it was in FMM21? Do tactics still work the same? The Details Here are the details: The Player: Bruno Fernandes The Club: Manchester United Length: 1 season The Benchmark: To qualify for the leaderboard (and a ribbon), Bruno needs to score 25 goals and 15 assists. Leadership Board Points: 1 point for a goal, 2 points for an assist, across all competitions (but not friendlies) Rules No Unlockables; No cheating (no editing, no scouting apps, no reloading etc); Own formations; Any badge and reputation; Any database; Transfers, etc, allowed; You can attempt the challenge multiple times, but only your top score will be on the leaderboard; Again, don’t be a cheat Credits Credit to @Rob for the Badges of Honour concept. 16. Intro This is the first badge in this year's 'Badges of Honour' series. The concept is beautifully explained in @Titjes post here: Challenge Wonderkid superstar Haaland has been in sensational goal-scoring form since joining Manchester City in July 2022. To earn your "Haaland's Heroics" badge, you need to manage Man. City + get Haaland to score 50 or more league goals in the first season. This should be a fun challenge for people starting FMM23, with lots of goals and attacking football. As this is only about league goals - note that (i) you don't need to win the matches, nor win the league, and (ii) you can rest Haaland in the cups/Europe, to keep him fit for the English Premier League games! Scoring The benchmark to beat is 50 league goals scored by Haaland in the first season at Man. City, at which point you will earn your badge. You should submit your total score (Haaland's number of league goals) on this post + this will be added to the leaderboard. The more goals scored, the higher your place on the leaderboard. If there is a tie (two Vibe players have the same score), then the tie-breaker is 'the fewer league games played, the higher on the leaderboard' (e.g. scoring 50 in 30 games is slightly more impressive than scoring 50 in 38 league games!). Rules The same as last year: No unlockables (inc. no editor) No cheating; Own formations (that also means don’t steal a tactic and change one instruction) Any badge and reputation; Any database (if you want to attempt this after the winter 2022/23 data update) Transfers, etc, allowed; You can attempt the challenge multiple times, but only your top score will be on the leaderboard; Good luck! Leaderboard @Varf on fmm - 100 league goals! 🔥 @Dai_ - 93 (in 36 league games) @Gazzaeverton - 91 @Rob - 90 @Titjes - 81 @darlingtonvii - 80 @Lagom - 79 @TheCrux - 78 @Raven9 - 76 @FuddledFox - 70 @Scratch - 69 (in 34 league games) @Chris - 69 (in 36 league games) @Creckerino - 67 @DoneHisCruciate - 62 @Kanegan - 61 (in 37 league games) @NamiRoyal - 55 (in 24 league games) @StuartM - 52 (in 37 league games)
  17. Welcome to a new edition of the "Badges of Honour"- series. Originally an idea from @Rob in FMM21. It would be a shame not to relaunch this great idea after last year's failed attempt. This year myself, @Rob & @DanEnglish will be bringing you challenges. Winners have honour. Honour breeds heroes. Vibe will soon have heroes. Throughout the next year Vibe will have a series of badges available for you to achieve. These will be known as Badges of Honour. They are like achievement or trophies you get on video games, but with FMM and Vibe instead. To obtain each individual badge you will need to attempt the corresponding challenge and pass a specific benchmark score. Once you have passed that benchmark you will be added to that challenge’s leaderboard and recorded on this thread as achieving that badge. Only your top score will be listed on the individual challenge’s leaderboard to stop them becoming overwhelming and to allow you to focus on beating your previous attempt. Any badge can be attempted at any time! They do not need to be completed in order. Also if ANYONE has any ideas for badges my DM’s are always open for suggestions and I would love for people to get involved with this. Don’t be afraid to give me a message and we can get some challenges going. The first challenge will be posted by @DanEnglish soon, good luck to everyone that has a go. How many can you collect? Badge 01 - Haaland's Heroics Badge 02 - Park The Bus Badge 03 - The Possession Cup Badge 04 - 2 is better than 1 Badge 05 - World Cup Winner! Badge 06 - Golden Boot Winner! Badge 07 - 100 Million Quidders
  18. Intro: This is the fourth badge in this year's 'Badges of Honour' series. The concept is explained <here>. Challenge: What is twice as good as scoring a goal? Scoring a brace! Where one player scores TWO goals in a game. England legend Shearer once scored 10 braces in one league season. Legendary attackers Ronaldo + Messi lead the charts for most competitive braces. So can you become a legend - can you perform even better than Shearer, Ronaldo and Messi?! This is a one-season challenge, where you pick ANY club in a 38 game league (e.g. most leagues with 20 clubs). Your challenge is to score as many braces, with as many players, in those 38 league games. Example - if you win your opening league game 5-0, with two of your players scoring a brace (two goals each) - then that counts as TWO braces. If you win the next game 6-0, with your striker scoring all 6 goals, that only counts as ONE brace. This should be a fun challenge - to get many of your squad scoring braces! Scoring: To earn your "2 goals are better than 1" badge, you need to double Shearer’s record - scoring at least 20 braces, with any number of players, across a 38 game league season. Results - you should submit screenshots of each brace (each match’s main screen) + a total on this post + then you will be added to the leaderboard. Rank - the higher your number of braces, the higher your position on the leaderboard. Tie Breaker - if there is a tie (two Vibe players have the same amount of braces), then the tie-breaker is 'who had the highest possession in their brace matches (highest will count), the higher on the leaderboard'. Rules: No unlockables (inc. no editor) No cheating (inc. no reloading) Own formations (that also means don’t steal a tactic and change one instruction) Any badge and reputation; Any database (if you want to attempt this after the winter 2022/23 data update) Transfers are allowed ✅ You can attempt the challenge multiple times, but only your top score will be on the leaderboard; Good luck! Leaderboard: @Lagom - 32 @DoneHisCruciate - 31 @Kun Aguero - 29 @Kanegan - 20
  19. Welcome to Challenge 2 in the Ribbons of Glory series, in which we'll be getting MSN (probably the greatest trio of all time) back together for a final dance in Paris. In the original challenge this is based on, the task was to reunite MSN at Barcelona for their last dance and lead them to glory - ala Jordan, Pippen, Rodman and The Bulls whose Last Dance documentary was the hottest thing on ... Netflix back in 2021. Topping the leaderboard in that challenge was @Rob who managed a massive 229 points! We're changing the venue this time to Paris, given neither Messi or Neymar are willing to return to Barcelona, but the concept is the same - we want the 3 legends to contribute as many goals and assists as they can, while winning the league. The Details The Players: Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez (the original one, not the Colombian one) and Neymar The Club: PSG Length: 1 season (must be the first season of the save) The Benchmark: To qualify for the leaderboard (and a ribbon), each player needs at least 30 goal contributions (goals + assists) and PSG must win the league Leadership Board Points: 1 point for each goal and assist from the 3 players, across all competitions (but not friendlies) Rules No Unlockables; No cheating (no editing, no scouting apps, no reloading etc); Own formations; Any badge and reputation; Any database; Transfers, etc, allowed; You can attempt the challenge multiple times, but only your top score will be on the leaderboard; Again, don’t be a cheat Credits Credit to @Rob for the Badges of Honour concept and to @FuddledFox for the original badge that has been butchered above. Leaderboard 199 points by @Gazzaeverton (screenshots) 192 points by @Dai_ (screenshots) 182 points by @Scratch (screenshots) Good luck!
  20. Narrator: Once upon a time, a fine young director named @Rob directed an acclaimed best selling series called Badges of Honour. It was truly groundbreaking and generated record interest. The following year there was a spin-off mini-series called Shields of Justice, but this was not enough to satisfy the audience. They wanted more! Keen to cash in on this demand, the studio decided to make a another season of the series. Unfortunately Rob was now famous and unavailable. Instead they turned to a desperate down on his luck director who had lost his way. Perhaps realising that this director’s vision was somewhat lacking and unlikely to lead to a truly unique, innovative series that could take the franchise forward, the studio limited his budget and told him “just do the same thing as the first series”. He duly delivered. Intro Hi All, Welcome to Ribbons of Glory (Badges of Honour 2)! I’m so happy to have been given the opportunity to bring this to you! We have had to cut a few corners, but it’s going to be great! We couldn’t afford badges, but we found some old clothes at the second hand store, so we got out the scissors and made some lovely ribbons for you. You’ll love them! We’ve got all the old cast back together. Well not all of them, but we have got some of them back. Maybe about half of them. It seems Bruno is still at Man Utd and will be throwing a party. Not a New Years party mind you, more like a sleepover where people just turn up then forget to go home and wake up on his floor the next morning. He does know we’re coming though. Honest. There was a rumour that Kane and Son might be breaking up (as if that would ever happen!), but we got them to commit to coming back. And we’re trying to get onto to get on to MSN to see if they will perform a final dance, seeing their last dance went down so well. Does anyone know if Suarez is still actually playing? Of course getting the same cast wasn’t cheap. They are all famous after the first series! I mean who’d even heard of Messi before that? Now it’s much harder to get someone like him involved. Fortunately we saved some money by using the exact same script! It’s going to be fascinating to see how the same cast can deliver the same scenes. Some might say it will be tired and boring, but I think they will do it better this time. Anyway, the first episode should be out soon! I think. I left it on the bench over there. Where’s it gone? Alright I better go look for it, but I’ll be back soon. Details To obtain each individual ribbon you will need to attempt the corresponding challenge and pass a specific benchmark score. Once you have passed that benchmark you will be added to that challenge’s leaderboard and recorded on this thread as achieving that ribbon. Only your top score will be listed on the individual challenge’s leaderboard to stop them becoming overwhelming and to allow you to focus on beating your previous attempt. 21. One's Company, Two's a Crowd, Three's a Party This Challenge is originally posted by the name Single, Double, Triple Trouble. Roma wasn't built in one day, just like most Attacking Trio's aren't brought into the club in the same season. In the Triple Threat challenge, the players are often brought into the club in the same season, and form a deadly trio immediately. But that's not quite common in real life, the members of a trio often didn't came into the club in the same season. For example, being one of Vibe's favorite trio, the "Liverpool Front Three" aren't brought into the club in the same season. Firmino arrived first, followed by Mane's arrival the next year, and finally Salah. The three soon found the chemistry between them and lead Liverpool to Champions League and Premier League glory. In this challenge, you will be trying to build your deadly trio one by one, moving from a "One Upfront" tactic to "Two Upfront" and finally "Three Upfront". The Challenge: 1. Join any club in any league. Season 1 2. Sign or use a player already in your club as the first member of your trio. 3. Play the first season with the chosen player as a sole striker. He can only play in FL,FC and FR positions. Your score this season will be Total Goals Scored + Assist by the player. Season 2 4. Sign a player to be the second member of your trio. 5. Play the second season with the 2 players upfront. They can only play in FL,FC and FR positions. Your score this season will be Total Goals Scored + Assist by the 2 players. Season 3 6. Sign a player to be the final member of your trio. 7. Play the third season with the 3 players upfront. They can only play in FL, FL and FR positions. Your score this season will be Total Goals Scored + Assist by the 3 players. Challenge Rules : All general challenge rules (etc no unlockables, IGE) Leaderboard @Creckerino 263 pts - Pedro + Gabriel Barbosa + Talisca @Kanegan 261 pts - Lorenzo Lucca + Andrea Pinamonti + Luca Moro Have fun!
  22. The Race to 100 Credit goes to @BatiGoal for creating this challenge. With his goal against Andorra back in June 2019, Kylian Mbappé reached 100 career goals in record time at the tender age of 20yo. There are very few players in football history who reached this number of goals before they even turned 21 years old. In comparison, not even Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo had these stats at the same age, they both needed an extra year to reach the same milestone. Neymar's feat is perhaps even more incredible however, as he was 4 months younger when he slotted in his 100th before later showing off his goal-scoring skills in Europe. When talking about such impressive numbers, we have to go deep into professional football history to find only a handful of legends who reached this magical number before today's Football Gods. Jimmy Greaves scored his 100th career goal for Chelsea before his 21st birthday and Ronaldo scored his 100th professional goal in Holland during his first year at PSV. Pele went even a step further as he was already near the 200-goal! mark before turning 21 years old. Source: Ronaldo.com Can you "out-age" (not quite the ring I was looking for but I know you're still with me) the Messi's, Ronaldo's, Mbappé's and Neymar's of today and reach 100 goals at 19, 18 or even 17 years of age? Give it your best go and I'll add your boy's name to the growing list of legends of the sport. Objective is simple. It's a race from 0 to 100. Score a lot and score QUICK! Twist: I'm aware that Vibe peoples love twists so here goes; we're looking for players who have no, nada - as in 0 - gls behind their names in the original database to make the Race to 100 Goals leaderboard. Reason: it would make very little sense to this challenge to score whatever gls he starts with + 100 and end up with anything but his actual 100th career goal, so 0-100 will ALL be scored under your management. This makes certain individuals like Kean, Pellegri or Håland uneligible for this challenge as there's already a handful recorded gls on their history page. But cry not, the well of talent is bottomless, there's still bucket loads of youngsters left to pick from. And for the real hardcore heroes of this community I'm also adding a Race to 100 Assists leaderboard where the exact same rules apply but for goalsassists. 23. First of all, I would like to thank @DanEnglish and others for helping me finalize this challenge. It started by me seeing people discuss this question: what makes a player the best FMM player ever? Just keep winning trophies? Doesn’t sound like much of a challenge with Real Madrid or Manchester City. Going from an unknown VNN/S club to the top of Europe? It is indeed a challenge, but many people have also done that. Therefore, I proposed this challenge that can potentially take up more than half a career. It will comprehensively test your tactical wisdom, transfer acumen, and locker room handling skills. If you can perfectly clear this challenge, you can safely call yourself the FMM GOAT! This challenge has 100 points in total + bonus points. Try to get as many points as possible! Rules: 1. You must start with a 7th division winner from last season and cannot switch teams halfway through. In FMM23, they are Banbury and Buxton from VNN and Taunton and Worthing from VNS. My personal evaluation of difficulty goes like this: Taunton > Banbury > Buxton > Worthing, from hardest to easiest. 2. Before reaching the PL, you have a maximum of 2 seasons at each division to win the league title. Promoted without the title would mean failure. 3. After reaching the PL, you have a maximum of 2 seasons to win the Treble, including the league title, the FA Cup, and the Carabao Cup. 4. After winning the Treble, you have a maximum of 2 seasons to win the Quintuple, including everything in the Treble, the Champions League, and the Community Shield. 5. After winning the Quintuple, you have a maximum of 2 seasons to win the Septuple, including everything in the Quintuple, the UEFA Super Cup, and the Club World Cup. This is the last step in this challenge. 6. No requirements for leagues to load except for England. Use your FMM knowledge to your advantage and load leagues that will benefit your run the most! 7. No unlockables except for “Abolish Transfer Window,” which must be activated along with “Asset Stripper” and deactivated when the aforementioned narrative is off. 8. No cheating. Point Distribution: Before PL (4 points per level): - 1.5 points by winning the league within 2 seasons. - +0.5 points each by activating “Unrest at Home,” “Injury Crisis,” “Austerity Measures,” or “Asset Stripper” in the title-winning season. - +0.5 points by activating “Abolish Transfer Window” when “Asset Stripper” is activated. After PL (10 points per level): - 5 points for winning the Treble/Quintuple/Septuple within 2 seasons. - +1 points each by activating “Unrest at Home,” “Injury Crisis,” “Austerity Measures,” or “Asset Stripper” in the title-winning season. - +1 points by activating “Abolish Transfer Window” when “Asset Stripper” is activated. The Kaiserslautern Bonus: If you achieve the objective in 1 season, the points you get from this level will be doubled. Narrative Rules: 1. “Austerity Measures” and “Asset Stripper” must be activated within 1 week after the start of the season. 2. “Unrest at Home” and “Injury Crisis” must be activated within 1 week before your first competitive match. 3. Suppose any of the narratives ends before entering the following calendar year. In that case, you must re-activate it within 1 week before your first competitive match in the new calendar year. To enable a narrative, tap the bottom left button in game, then settings - view - narratives - trigger narrative. Partial Credit: To prevent the effort from getting wasted in a last-minute slip, I am introducing this policy so you can keep the run going by taking a penalty, with the rule as follows: 1. You can use Partial Credit for any purpose, saving a failing season, forgetting to re-activate a narrative, trying to re-do everything to double your points… anything goes, as long as you are willing to take the cost. 2. If you use Partial Credit, you must restart the whole season, starting between Jul. 1st and 7th. 3. For every season before reaching the PL, every time Partial Credit is used will take 0.5 points off from your final score. 4. Every season after reaching the PL, every time Partial Credit is used will take 1 point off your final score. Bonus Points: Even though I started this idea, many others have contributed to the creation of this challenge. Although I decided to have the main part mainly consisting of my idea, I added these contributions as bonus points. 1. You receive a 10% bonus by activating “Attribute Masking.” This bonus will be added after calculating the final score. 2. You receive 3 points each to your final score by turning badge or reputation off. 3. You receive 1 point for every season without loans. The Kaiserslautern Bonus does apply to this one.
  24. Hello and welcome to the 11th instalment of the Badges Of Honour challenges. The concept came from @Rob and the links to the badges can be found here: This challenge only really came to me in the last day or so but I was eager to get a fun challenge out. I thought who better to dedicate a challenge too than Christian Eriksen, who unfortunately collapsed on the pitch at the Euros this past summer. It’s unknown at the moment if he will be able to carry on his career. But the main thing is he survived it. So why not make a challenge all about him? The Challenge So the challenge in this is easy, I love fun and simple challenges for the badges, something people can just crack on with and have fun. It’s all about his all round contribution. You will be scored on goals, assists and his average rating over two seasons. Now you’re probably thinking how I’ll be judging his average rating, well it’s quite simple, if he has an average of 7.01 for the season thats an extra 1 point, if he gets a rating of 8.34 over the season it’s an extra 134 points for that season. Anything under 7, there is no bonus points. Thought that would spice it up a bit. Club Choice I will allow any clubs to be used, so we can have a bit of a variation in attempts. Score You will be scored on goals, assists and average rating for each of the two seasons in all competitions. For the average rating, for every 0.01 above 7.00, you will get 1 point, so an average rating of 7.34 is 34 points extra for that season. If you get 8.34, that’s an extra 134 points. Any questions just ask. REMEMBER ITS TWO SEASONS SO YOU HAVE A CHANCE AT EXTRA BONUS POINTS EACH SEASON. How To Gain The Badge To gain the badge you to hit the benchmark which is 30 contributions each season, the 30 can consist of either goals or assists. You also need Christian to have an average rating above 6.99 for each season. Rules No unlockables; No cheating; Own formations; And that means don’t steal the BP and change one instruction - you know who you are! That is cheating; Any badge and reputation; Any database; Transfers, etc, allowed; You can attempt the challenge multiple times, but only your top score will be on the leaderboard; Again, don’t be a cheat Enjoy and if you think I’ve left something out, which would not surprise me, just let me know 😁 Leaderboard 1. @Dai_ - 405 points Link Here 2. 3.
  25. Badge 11 - Big Man, Little Man This challenge was originally created for the Vibe World Cup 2021 but it proved so popular a couple of people had multiple goes at it so with permission from @Rob I have made it into part of the Badge series of challenges. You can find more information on the Badges of Honour series of challenges here. This challenge is all about teamwork namely the team work between a front two and specifically the classic big man, little man pairing. The front two of a big target man who can hold the ball up and win flick on’s and get on the end of crosses paired with a small quick poacher was a staple of British football for years. It is now rarely seen even in the lower leagues but it can still be an effective tactic if used correctly. In this challenge you are going to make your own big man, little man pairing with the big man charged with getting assists and the little man the goals. Both these players must be natural strikers and they both must play together up front in any of the 4 striker positions. Points will be awarded for big man assists and little man goals but points will also be taken away for every goal you big man gets and every assist your little man makes. Here is the full low down on the rules to explain it all better. Club Choice: You can manage any club in any league that is in the vanilla DB. That includes lower leagues as well. Challenge Duration: This a full season challenge and goals and assists in all competitions count. Transfers: You can only make 1 transfer into the club in this challenge and that is either your Big Man or your Little Man. One of these two must start at the club already with the other one being bought. No other transfers in are allowed but you can sell players. Big Man Rules: This player must be a natural striker (light green in striker position) when you either buy him or you join the club and he must have a minimum of 14 aerial and 14 strength. Little Man Rules: This player must be a natural striker (light green in striker position) when you either buy him or you join the club and he must have no more than 9 aerial. Tactic Rules: You must play your Big Man and Little Man up front at all times but they can play as wide forwards if you want. Database: You must use the official FMM database but you can choose if it’s the November or March versions. No unlockables are allowed but you can have whatever coaching badge and reputation you wish. No editing, reloading, holidaying or cheating in anyway. Proof via screenshots are required and the best way to do this is with a career thread. Points You will get 2 points for every assist your Big Man gets. You will get 2 points for every goal your Little Man get. You will get -1 point for every goal your Big Man gets. You will get -1 point for every assist your Little Man gets. As with all the Badge challenges there is a benchmark score to beat in order to earn this fine badge. I have based the benchmark on the average score across the 14 attempts in the VWC21 which came out at 121pts so that is what you just beat although attempts from the VWC don’t count so you will need to give it another go. Benchmark: 122pts or more earns you the Badge. Leaderboard @Dai_ - PSG - Mbappe and Rafael Leão - 194pts @FuddledFox - Liverpool - Salah and Diego Costa - 173pts - link
