I dont know why but i am overperforming with University College Dublin i need to attain a safe mid table position and i am 2nd in the league that's great right! 

Well the board appraisal is this

"The board feel you schould be performing slightly better in your role as manager. The recent awful for of the team is a major cause of concern."

The recent awful form?! how u mean i only lost to a team of a higher league in the cup and i won the other games
