Help Competition real names fix solutions please

Hello please how can I fix the competition and clubs real names on my fmm18. It showing champions cup instead of Champions league and Europa cup. And some clubs names. Thanks

I believe you can do this via changes.txt file but I have no experience in how to do that, a quick search of the forum might bring up some useful threads to explain how to do this
