Help FM 2019 mobile - Negotiating contracts

Hi, just bought FM mobile 2019 - and  i have a problem when trying to sign older players. The player is often 32 years old - and want's a contract for 3 years - that isn't ideal- but even though i give them a better wage\signing on fee for a shorter contract - the players reject it and the "bar" for number of years goes back to 3 etc -at FM at PC you can "lock" the number of years or the wage - so you make something "unnoticeable" - how do i do this at mobile?

You cannot make certain aspect of negotiation locked/unnegotiable on FMM.
