Help Needs Improved Specialist Training

This popped up last year a little bit I’m seeing it more and more in FMM20. Case in point Harry Kane:

 

I’ve currently got him on Movement training - as I do with most of my forwards later in life - does this mean I should focus on something else for him?

Or does it mean that my Attacking coach should be better? Currently it’s me with a silver badge so perhaps there it?

Ill experiment to crack it but just wondered if anyone had figured this out yet?

To me that reads as if he needs a coach with a better badge but it would be interesting to experiment and find out.

Yep. Added another gold attacking coach and he’s happy now. Wonder if me being gold would have been enough. Currently I’m silver.
 

Means you’ll have to switch up coaches more to suit key players. Nice. I used to just have the same 4 all career.
