Help Save Help

I have backed up my Fmm 20 save file ( all documents folder ) and turned my phone back to factory settings.  I installed the game again, but I can't open my old save file and continue the game.  I had no problem in the Fmm 19 and 18 with the same method.  I want help with this. By the way all success achievement Sugar Daddy etc. is gone. I try new  game it's ok but I can't open old Roma save.

Looks like your save file may have become corrupted and there probably isn’t much you can do.

You could try contacting game support though.
