Hi, Just wondering who is the best mentor you have ever used.  My vote goes to Wout Weghorst who in my latest save never fails to successfully complete his tutorship, usually in under six months.

On a side note in his age 33 season his pace has increased from 12 to 16, an increase I have never seen from a senior player over the last three versions of the game.
