All i can just say is ' Thank You '.I started my career at York City, it was hard especially trying to ask the broad to increase the wage budget, for about 5 seasons i didn't spend any money on players , trying to improve the facilities and the stadium, i had to go to bidding wars with other clubs just to try and sign a few free agents, going into negative budget every season and at this time i was using my own tactic (fluid counter attack= 4-1-2-2-1) and we didn't disappoint . We won the league 5× in a row  and a couple of other trophies. Life was good until we got into the premier league, i think we lost our first 4 games and i started thinking that maybe my tactics were not good enough and so i did so research and got here. We managed to make top 3 in that season and then i made a decision to leave the club for a new challenge. Since then i have used your tactics and the wingers scored like 25+ goals every season and my striker would score 40+ goals some times even 70+. I have managed some every good teams and have won a lot. Would you believe me if i told you that i won the world cup with your tactic. Yeah , i think that this is the best tactic ever all you need is a good front 3 , a good CDM and two good CD's and i promise you, you will be unstoppable.

Overall this is a good tactic but i think you have to improve the way you set up the defence, what i usually do is to play your tactic first half (hopefully the score being 4-0 or something like that) and then go to a 4-1-4-1 formation aiming to just control the ball. Again i would like to say thank you.👍😉
