Help Improving Team Dynamics

Hi,

How can we improve the Team Dyanmics? My team looks like this atm:

Professionalism: B

Work Rate: F

Determination: B

Morale: A

Loyalty: C

How to improve each of these areas? To be specific, what are the attributes to train or actions to take that improve each of these areas? 

In particular, I really want to improve the Work Rate, Determination & Professionalism.

I found that praise or critic the players sometimes can increase the players work rate and morale. Mentor partnership also can improve loyalty and proffessionalism.
