Help what do those icons represent

does anyone know what those green arrows and blue exclamation marks on the top right corner of the players mean thanks in advance.

The blue exclamation mark tells you that the player has something negative on their Personal tab. I think the green one indicates that he is wanted by another team (just checked on my current save and each one of my players with the green arrow has an interested club on their contract tab.

the blue icon means, man marking defense, green arrow means that the player wants to go to another club
