The individual leagues cannot be selected in the respective countries.
You can no longer decide with how many leagues you want to play in the respective country.
e.g. Germany 1st division and 2nd division or Spain 1st and 2nd division.
In the current version, all leagues that have been programmed are taken into account.

Unfortunately so but it’s not a mistake it’s by design. I’d rather they hadn’t done it but it was an intentional choice.
