How can to suitable or fit....my players with my tactic ?  I cant understand this thing. Thanks much!

What is your tactic? Can you screenshots these to it?

Determine about 3-5 key players, and play them where their attributes best suits them. Then build the rest of the tactic out to complement the players.

Sometimes you can lack quality in certain areas, which can also force you to play in a certain way. e.g. if you are weak out wide, signing 1 centre mid and playing narrow would make more sense than signing 3 wingers.
