Career Valour FC-My Philosophy

CHOOSING THE SQUAD

I chose Valour FC at random from the Canadian League. The club founded in 2017 & is actually community owned. Hopefully my Philosophy can get Valour FC to the top of Canadian football.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

The Infrastructure of the club is actually quite good. The youth & 1st team facilities are average. The stadium holds over 6,500 supporters in an absolutely beautiful ground.

STAFF, FINANCES & TRAINING

The training regime has been delegated with Sami Hyppiä. The finances are OK but need some boosting due to the busy transfer market. The staff room is missing Scouts but otherwise full & most staff members are at a basic standard.

SQUAD

The original Valour FC squad was actually not bad & around half of these players stayed at the club. We started with around £87k but through releasing some under par players, we managed to purchase more higher quality players. As said, roughly 10 players were released who I thought were not good enough.

TACTIC

I used the Attacking Tiki Taka tactic for this career. The system started off very shakily with my 1st 10x matches being loses or draws. The other 2/3rds of the league saw us really gel & play some beautiful football, it was like someone flicked a switch.

THE RESULTS

In my 1st season, Valour FC ended up winning the Candian Premier League 🥳! The season started off awfully & could easily of seen myself getting the boot. That said, the squad really clicked after around the 14th Match, pushing on from then until the end of the season, 1st pushing into the playoff places & further on pushing into the top spot. Even the play off final was nerve-wrecking, going into penalties BUT in the end, we are the New Canadian Champions!🥳🇨🇦
