Help My game keeps resetting everyday

You know how when you enter the game it scans your device for the match engine and it says "this procces will only happen once on each device you play on" well for me, it does that everyday, it resets everything, even the setting, my saves are the only thing that remain the same. Last game it was the same, and it bothers me because sometimes I can't log in with google play (hopefully that isn't the case with fmm23) and I would lose my achievement and with losing my achievements I would lose things in the game (gold coaching badge, rich benefitor). So is this normal? And if not how do I fix this?

That happens when the game.cfg file in the Cache folders are deleted, are you sure you haven accidentally delete that (either manually or automatically deleted by some Phone Cleaner app)

I did not touch any files, and I do not have some kind of Phone Cleaner app, do you know how to fix it?

I'm not sure what's causing that then
