Nah in my other save my team completes 20 crosses out of 45 but in this save they are only completing 10-15 crosses out of 45. And because of this my weiper doesn't get more than 8-10 headers in a match compare to my Evan Ferguson in other save who gets 15-20 headers per game

Which season are you in?

It will improve in time, plus you altered your stats on Ferguson so obviously he's going to be better

I'm in 2026/2027 season in that save and I I think you are right I need to be patient with weiper and improve him in that way he will get high chances of scoring

How come you've not posted your progress then?

Had to notice where its going wrong if you aren't showing season by season.

How many goals is he averaging a season?

I haven't posted that save because I didn't know the rules of 1k challenge back then and I used rich benafactor.

So I have started from the scratch and started new save. And I have posted season 1 progress there

Does anyone know how can I remove The 'Development has plateaued'. My roony has stopped improving I want to know can I remove it?

Needs to mature to get rid of this,

How he will be mature and when? After 2 years? This has been showing since start of the save and not going away

I could be wrong but I believe its after he turns 24 and he's considered a senior player

But weiper also get this message and after 3-4 monthes he got rid of this but in case of Ronny it is still there for 9-10 monthes and not getting rid of it. Why?

If I am not wrong then weiper got rid because of mentoring but in case of when roony's mentoring get ended it starts to appear so I think I have to wait for a long.

I am a little bit weak at English. So whatever I wrote It could be a little bit wrong

The "needs to mature" message will stay until their next birthday. If you're lucky that will only be a few months but in some cases it can be nearly a year until they start improving again. 

I've only once seen multiple cases of the same player getting the message but it definitely does happen.
