First of all, I recreated this tactic from fm24 PC.

With this tactic everyone in your team can score at least one goal. Most of Goals come from the shadow striker. Forwards don't score that much.

I'm actually with Atalanta and we're doing well, we're unbeaten since the beginning of the season.
