Good Box to Box Midfielders are quite rare to find in FMH2014 however Denys Garmash is a perfect example of a young BBM who is available for around £10m. With 14 in nearly every attribute at the start it is unsurprising how many greens he has after 3 months of Intensive Training and at only 23 he can continue growing for 4 more years before his peak! I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to be a work horse for you for not that much money.
