Season 1-2014/2015-Leyton Orient

 

Was initally shocked that I was offered this job, however it seems a recurring theme on FMH so never mind! Nevetherless, it's a good solid base to start on.

 

 

Disappointing to not make any progression, however it's not the end of the world. Bigger fish to fry and all that. 

 

 

Battered.

 

 

Yes, mufc are better than West Ham. Yes we were also at home, however you look at the match stats between the two games. For me it shows quite how far we have came as a club in the season so far. 

 

 

Play offs confirmed. Would have liked to have gone up automatically, however more than confident that we can beat anyone in the play-offs. Role on MK Dons. 

 

 

It was a shame we lost the game really. I don't think a defeat was a fair result, however, the 2 goals from Hendo have put us in a good position for the second leg back at our place. 

 

 

Boom! 

 

 

Double boom. Championship here we come. Delighted from my first season in the challenge. I need to get a move on, however, I'm content with the start I've made.

Okay guys, basically, I'm carrying this career on. However it ISN'T the unemployed challenge anymore. I've fallen for a club on here, and an issue in the save has came up and I'm determined to combat it. All will be revealed later today....its going to be a bumpy ride.

A couple of seasons in, and I wasn't making much progress with Orient. A lack of money, still struggling to grasp tactics on here etc. So, I decided a change was needed. I noticed the Huddersfield job was available. A league below, however, a very decent squad. So in mid January I went for it, and got the job....

 

 

The first thing I'm met with is this. What a bloody magnificent start to life at my new club. This was at a time where I was still aiming to do the challenge. 

 

 

Even better news! So I've officially had my hands tied behind my back good and proper. This is a new feature as far as I'm aware. Unfortunately, it transpired to be that bids don't get accepted automatically, which in a way I'd have quite liked. 

 

 

 

Yep, I'll see what I can do!

 

 

As it happened, we actually have a very good team here. We did ever so well really, and I'm very confident that we can actually go all the way here. The financial issue is becoming ever worse. We are officially bankrupt and in a way, I don't think promotion will be very good for us. I've got to sort the finances out, because while I'm under no obligation to sell, nor will I get sacked, if I want to progress and actually get money to spend, I need to get the finances in check. 

 

 

 

Part of me is obviously gutted. I think we'd have done very well at the level above, however, we really couldn't afford it. 

 

 

Just look at the deficit between my wage budget and my allotted one. Incredible. No money to spend on players either. This, Vibe, is going to be my biggest ever challenge. I hope you join me on it.
