Colombi is a consistent keeper who became the highest Average Rating GK in my save. While another young keeper Cragno also looks good, Colombi is way more mature than him and so is the #1. And he repaid the faith shown by his manager with some solid performances. There was the sometimes poor performance, but that can happen to everyone, including Helton. If Colombi can perform so well in real life, he could replace his idol Buffon in goal. 

 

Strengths

 

Very good Reflexes for GK. Many of his other key stats (Aerial, Agility, Handling) also quickly became Green.

 

A consistent keeper, he usually scores 7 or 8.

 

Loyal, will not throw tantrum at Cagliari if bids from Juventus are rejected. 

 

Though the AI is not interested in him anyway, so you can keep him longer than most GK wonderkids.

 

Weaknesses

 

His Positioning actually got worse with normal GK training. 

 

Communication also needs work.

 

And even those are better than his Technique, which means that he cannot even use the "Form Is Temporary, Class Is Permanent" deal.

 

Summary

 

So what does it say about this kid if he has so many weaknesses and is STILL the #1 GK in the country?

 

He's a boss, of course, as good as Helton even. And Helton is one of the classiest GKs I have ever used.
