How do i improve the harmony in my squad?  Every single time now i always have a very low harmony level and even got sacked once by Bournemouth because of it!

Do you have any of the following:
A) A large squad with many unplayed players

B) Lots of big names

C) A big sale of one of your key players

D) Many players unhappy about their training routine

Well my record signing is currently unhappy with his training schedule  so i guess it could be that?  Think a few reserve players are unhappy too should i offload those asap?

I would advise it, yes. Often playing a few players with a large squad can result in unhappiness.

Like Dec said, large squads tends to be unhappy because a lot of player dont get playing time, try to keep your squad around 23-25 players

Is purely based on the morale of the players so any players that are on low morale offer new contacts or praise then to make it higher
