I'm a big fans of a high pressing football and tiki-taka methods. That means the final third of the pitch have to quickly press the opponent whenever they loose the ball, and also having an offensive wing back to help the attack.
With no further more talk here's my tactics:

 

And i use General Training put Defending training on intensive.

And my results are..

Too much offensive for my taste. 5 attackers, 2 super offensive fullbacks, only Hendo protecting the D-line. No wonder Mourinho outminded you twice Interesting work anyway, enjoy it
