Career Teams with Active B Sides

Hey guys, fancy starting a game with a team that has an active B side where I can stick my youth in. I know of Spain obviously, but I've only ever really managed English sides. What other countries have b teams in active leagues? Any recommendation for a non-big club (i.e not Real/Barca) that would be an interesting challenge?

Looks like I'll have a go with Bremen, who have a II side in the third league.

I would go with Ajax, they have a good B Team.
