Help Training reset all the time

Hi ! by advance i apologize for my english.

I have a big problem, im managing Leeds United and i try to do a young team so training is really important. Every time i'm taking care of the training for my player when i restart the game or juste after a few games it reset and some player are back to train for some attribute where they are already really good and i have to do it all over again and again.

Is this a normal ? What can i do to correct this and that player still training for what i want them to until i tell them to do something else ?
