Help Reserve team Reputation?

You know sometimes when you play this game,

Kinda have feeling that i want to sign a new player from reserve(greyed out) and make him good player. But tnhx to 2nd team(reserve) reputation, lower teM cant get any good signs from reserves..

 

Will there be a way to increase the reserve reputation?

Not unless you use the editor but I'm not even sure you can edit reserve team reputations with that either. Maybe someone who has the editor will confirm but you'll get better players from youth promotions if you training and youth facilities are the maximum available.

Err, so you expect Wimborne to produce the next Mbappe or am i missing something?
