Tactics Stuey Robs 4231 Magic Testers Wanted

Hi all, 

Been messing around with this tactic with my Real Madrid team with great success, just started a game with man city also and having success with them aswell, wondered if anyone would like to try it out and give me some feedback with other teams.

It's an attacking 4231, 

 

Ideally I think fast centerbacks suit this more, 2 good all round centre midfielders, 2 out n out wingers with good shooting and decent striker go well with the tactic.
